| Nor'Wester's Hefe-Weizen is a friendly smelling brew, inviting and full of the promise of lush fruitiness, though not especially fragrant. Heavy carbonation, aside from producing a massive head of foam, fills the mouth instantly with pleasant, refreshing effervescence; a quintessential summerbrew. Unfortunately the zealous carbonation makes it difficult appreciate the subtle wheat, banana and tart apple flavors that, while pleasurable, disappear altogether too quickly. One of the more popular brews available from Nor'Wester, though not nearly their best. | |||||||||||
