Pete's winter offering is brimming with the delightful scent of raspberries backed by the distinct prescence of malt and alcohol, with a lingering note of nutmeg.Very clear in appearance, without much visible hint of carbonation, though this brew has a nice head on the inital pour. The flavor of this seasonal ale is dominated by the fruit and spice additives which, while interesting, is not quite as satisfying as the aroma initially promises, leaving behind a dry, but strong aftertaste.
