Fischer D'Alsace Amber
Not unlike its American cousins, this malt liquor is heavy on alcohol content and malt sweetness, but sadly lacking in complexity. Though certainly aggressive, Fischer's tangy aroma is less than enticing. Visually, this beer is unremarkablein its amber color, and large quickly disappearing bubbles seem to point to the use of artifical foaming agents. The malty sweetness, in combination with the high carbonation, while somewhat refreshing, completely dominate the taste of this brew. Unbalanced and thoroughly undistinguished; strictly for consumption by malt liquors lovers.
