| Grolsch's sweet and fruity aroma is immediately enticing, as is its effervescent, hoppy splash in the mouth. This frisky and flavorful lager from Holland is one that you'll want to revisit. Unfortunately there's a bit of sourness lurking in the aftertaste, which keeps this lager from getting higher marks. Grolsch seems to be on to something with its distinctive green pint self-sealing swing-top bottle that makes it so eye-catching on the shelf. Luckily in terms of taste Grolsch comes out ahead of the pack, and doesn't simply owe its success to a clever marketing ploy. | |||||||||||
