The inky darkness of Dragon Stout is covered by a foamy head that disappears quickly. Malty perfume offers deep hints of mocha with a dash of soy sauce, backed by the firm promise of alcohol. Unexpectedly thin and limp-bodied for a stout. Though pleasantly dry and bitter, the flavor palate rapidly fades, further compounding the initial disappointment. The alcohol hits hard and provides an edgy sharpnes that bites. While mild and drnikable, this brew does not provie a quality taste experience. This dragon in a chihyahua in the pedigree of stouts.
