Hangover Tip #10 - Sweat It Out
Feeling sluggish? A bit down? That's because you still have a lot of toxins left over in your body. If you have been drinking a lot of water you are half way there, now try to force it out.
Taking a long steam or sauna is just what BarAmerica ordered. You will be sweating out a lot of the alcohol and will smell it. If you are up to it you can also try some exercise that will get your body temperature up and start you sweating.
Armed with all this knowledge you should be well on your way to fighting off that nasty hangover. Remember that the best way to prevent a hangover is to drink responsibly.
