Hangover Tip #6 - Sleep It Off

Sleep it off.

Not only did you probably stay out late, but you didn't really get the benefits of a good night's sleep if you have been drinking heavily.

Sleep is the best thing a hangover victim can do to hide from the pain. It's a good idea to stay in bed a little longer the next morning, unless of course you have to go to work. The extra sleep will give your body more time to heal.
