Hangover Tip #7 - Re-hydrate

Re-hydrate.

You would think that with all the liquid you were putting into your body the night before that dehydrated shouldn't be be a problem. Not so. The chemicals in alcohol actually cause you to go to the bathroom more than you normally would and actually end up dehydrating the body. Part of that hangover feeling is your body crying out for water.

So start drinking and as much as you can, water that is. Nothing can beat the healing powers of H2O.
