Hangover Tip #8 - Stuff Yourself
Hungry? Craving pizza? Go for it! If at this point in the morning you are not too nauseous to even hear the word food, try putting some of it in that stomach of yours.
If when you were drinking you forgot to feed yourself, in the morning part of your pains are actually hunger pains. Eat, but try not to go for anything that might upset your already very sensitive stomach, like greasy or spicy foods. Your body needs to replenish the nutrients lost during during dehydration, so don't be afraid to stuff yourself.
