Quietly residing in New York City's Upper East side, The British Open is easily one of the more sophisticated bars in the city. Though generally catering to an older clientele, anyone and everyone seems to eventually saunter in for a pint. This place lives up to its name in its ambiance and decor, being both dignified and, of course, very British. Rated as one of "The Best of the Best" bars of NYC by Beer & Tavern Chronicle.
